HAZIRLANIŞI VE KULLANIMI
Tüm bitkileri mutfak robotuna koyup tamamen toz haline getiriniz. Toz haline gelen bitki karışımını cam kavanozda muhafaza ediniz. Bir bardak kaynamış suya 1 çay kaşığı hazırladığınız toz bitkiden ekleyiniz ve karıştırınız. 3 dakika demlenmesini bekleyiniz. Süzün (bitkilerin dibe çökmesini bekleyip de içebilirsiniz). Tok karnına 6 saatte bir içiniz. Not: Tatlanması için bal, pekmez veya şeker koyabilirsiniz. Reçine uçucu yağı aç karnına 6 saatte bir 7 damla yarım bardak meyve suyu veya suyla içebilirsiniz.
