Hazreti Muhammed peygamberimiz ömrü boyunca Kudüs’e gitmedi, Kudüs ile ilgilenmedi. Peygamberliği boyunca Allah’dan görevi Mekke ve Kabe’yi yanlış inançtan kurtarmak oldu. Miraç’ta Kudüs’e gitti diyenlerin hiçbir kesin bilgi ve delili yoktur. Mescit Arapça bir isimdir o zamanlar Kudüste o bölgede mescit yoktur, orada namaz kılınan yer yoktur. Orada sadece mabet ve kilise kalıntıları vardır. Bugün Kabemiz hac zamanı Allah’ın daveti üzerine farz olan Kabe’ye gelecek hacıları içine sığdıramayacağı kadar küçük bir alana kapatılmıştır. Etrafta toplanacak hacıların namazı Kabe’yi görerek kılması kısıtlanmış, görülecek o muhteşem birlik görüntüsü engellenmiştir. Tüm müslümanların peygamberimizin yaptığını yapıp, peygamberimizi takip edip kudüs ile ilgilenmek yerine sadece Kabe ile ilgilenmesi doğrudur. Kuran’a ve peygambere uymuş halis Müslümanların Kabe’yi özgürlüğüne kavuşturması peygamberin izinden gitmektir. Doğru olan budur. Saygı ve sevgiyle.

Our Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) never went to Jerusalem during his lifetime, nor did he concern himself with Jerusalem. Throughout his prophethood, his mission from God was to liberate Mecca and the Kaaba from false beliefs. Those who claim he went to Jerusalem during the Miraj (ascension) have no definitive information or evidence. “Masjid” is an Arabic name; at that time, there were no mosques in that region of Jerusalem, no places for prayer. There were only ruins of temples and churches. Today, our Kaaba is confined to an area so small that it cannot accommodate all the pilgrims who come to the Kaaba during the Hajj season, as it is obligatory upon God’s invitation. The prayers of the pilgrims gathered around it are restricted, preventing them from seeing the Kaaba and witnessing that magnificent display of unity. It is correct for all Muslims to follow the Prophet’s example and focus solely on the Kaaba instead of Jerusalem. For sincere Muslims who have followed the Quran and the Prophet, liberating the Kaaba is following in the Prophet’s footsteps. This is the right thing to do. With respect and love.
