Ülkeme önerim. Trafikte darp yapana maddi ceza yanında falaka cezası verilmesi caydırıcılığı arttırır. Devletten dayak yiyeceğini bilen dövemez. Verilen maddi cezanın bir kısmını devlet bir kısmını manevi tazminat olarak eziyete uğrayan almalıdır. Belki para kazanmak için kendini dövdürmek isteyenler çıkabilir. Bu durumda saptanır cezalar kötüye uygulanır. Böylece hukukumuz tam ve caydırıcı olmuş veya bir adım kalmış olabilir. Onuda ülkece bulur ve uygularız Allah’ın izniyle. Saygı ve sevgilerimle.

My suggestion for my country: In addition to monetary fines, imposing corporal punishment (falaka) on those who commit assault in traffic would increase deterrence. Those who know they will face retaliation from the state wouldn’t dare do it. A portion of the monetary fine should go to the state, and the portion should be given as moral compensation to the victim. Perhaps some might choose to be beaten for financial gain. If this situation is identified, punishments would be applied to those who commit such acts. In this way, our legal system could be fully developed and deterrent, or at least one step closer to it. With God’s permission, we will always find and implement better laws as a nation. With respect and love.
