Onlarda bir olgunlaşma hissettiğinizde hemen mallarını kendilerine teslim edin, büyüyüp ellerine alacaklar diye o malları israfla yemeye kalkmayın. İhtiyacı olmayan tenezzül etmesin. Muhtaç olan da örfe uygun bir şekilde yesin. Mallarını kendilerine teslim ettiğiniz zaman karşılarında şahit bulundurun. Hesabınızı doğru tutmak için Allah’ın hareketlerinizi hesaba çekmesi yeter!

İslam’da çocukluk çağı, olgunluk ve evlenme çağı ayrı zamanlardır. İslamda çocuklar ile evliliğe izin yoktur. Hiçbir ayette çocuk ile evlilik yoktur. Allah hukukunda evlenme çağı olgunluk zamanıdır. Nisa suresinin 6. ayeti çocuk evliliğini yasaklar. Evliliğe olgunluk çağına girmeden izin verilmemektedir. Olgunluk çağı mirası alabilme yaşıdır. Kişi olgunluk çağına varmadan gözetleyip denetlenmek zorundadır, kendine sahip olamayacak durumdadır. Çocukların ancak büyüdükleri ve olgunlaştıkları zaman mallarını ellerine alabilecekleri söylenir. Olgun olmadan evlilik de olmaz. Olgunlaşınca ancak idare yeteneğine sahip olup malını özgür kullanım hakkı alır. Malına sahip olamayan, ailesine hiç sahip olamaz. Malına sahip olmasına izin verilmeyenin aile kurmasına, aile sahibi olmasına hiç izin verilemez.

4 Nisa 6. You protect and supervise orphans until they reach marriageable age. When you feel a maturity in them, hand over their goods to them immediately. Do not try to wastefully eat those goods in case they grow up and take possession of them. Those who are not in need should not condescend to the property of an orphan. And the needy should eat from the property of the orphan in accordance with the custom. Have witnesses before them when you deliver their goods to them. It is enough for Allah to take your actions into account to keep your calculations right!

In Islam, childhood, maturity and marriage are separate times. In Islam, children are not allowed to marry. There is no child marriage in any verse. In the law of God, the age of marriage is the time of maturity. Verse 6 of Surah Nisa prohibits child marriage. Marriage is not allowed before reaching maturity. The age of maturity is the age of inheriting. The person has to be watched and supervised before he reaches the age of maturity, he is in a position to not have himself. It is said that children can take possession of their possessions only when they have grown and matured. There is no marriage without maturity. When he matures, he only has the ability to manage and gets the right to use his property freely. He who cannot own his property cannot have his family at all. A person who is not allowed to own his property cannot be allowed to start a family or have a family.
