HEDEF: KALKINMA MECLİSLERİ KURULSUN /// Target: Development Parliaments Be Set Up

Ülkemizin ve ulusumuzun en ileri medeniyete ve refaha ulaşabilmesi için yapılması gerekli çok önemli hamlelerden biri Kalkınma Meclisleri kurulmasıdır.

Ekonomi, eğitim, tarım gibi konularda Meclis’ler kurulmalıdır. Meclis’ler her ilden, konusunda uzman yüksek eğitim diplomalı insanlardan oluşacaktır.

Meclisler uzmanlıkları olan konuda illerimizin ve ülkemizin tüm ihtiyaç ve sorunları saptayıp, hızlıca çözüm üretecek projeyi hazırlayacaklar.

Meclis’ler oluşturdukları projeleri ilgili bakanlığın uygulamasına sunacaklar.

Bakanlıklar son kontrolleri yapacak ve alınan kararları uygulayacaklar.

Ekonomi Meclis’i üyeleri için ekonomi diploması şart olacak.

Eğitim Meclis’i üyeleri eğitimci diploması şart olacak.

Meclisin konusuyla ilgisiz diplomaya sahip kişiler veya diplomasız kişiler, meclise üye olarak kabul edilmeyecek.

In order for our country and our nation to reach the most advanced civilization and prosperity, Assemblies should be established on subjects such as economy, education and agriculture. Councils will consist of people with higher education diplomas from every province.

The assemblies will identify all the needs and problems of our provinces and our country and prepare a project that will produce solutions quickly.

The assemblies will present their projects to the relevant ministry.

Ministries will make the final checks and implement the decisions taken.

Experience will be essential.

An agriculturalist diploma will be required for the members of the Agriculture Council.

An economics diploma will be required for members of the Economic Council.

Education Council members will be required to have an educator diploma.

Persons with diplomas unrelated to the subject of the assembly or persons without a diploma will not be accepted as members of the assembly.
