65-TALAK:

Rahman ve Rahim Allahın Adıyla

1 – Ey Peygamber! Kadınları boşamak istediğiniz zaman onları iddetleri içinde boşayın ve iddeti de sayın. Rabbiniz Allah’tan korkun. Apaçık bir hayasızlık yapmaları hali bir yana, onları evlerinden çıkarmayın, kendileri de çıkmasınlar. Bunlar Allah’ın sınırlarıdır. Kim Allah’ın sınırlarını aşarsa, şüphesiz kendine zulmetmiş olur. Bilmezsin, olur ki Allah, bundan sonra bir durum ortaya çıkarıverir.

2 – Sürelerinin sonuna vardıklarında onları güzelce tutun, yahut güzellikle onlardan ayrılın. İçinizden adalet sahibi iki kişiyi şahit tutun. Şahidliği Allah için yapın. İşte Allah’a ve son güne inanan kimseye öğütlenen budur. Kim Allah’tan korkarsa Allah ona bir çıkış yolu yaratır.

3 – Ve onu ummadığı yerden rızıklandırır. Kim Allah’a güvenirse O, ona yeter. Allah, emrini yerine getirendir. Allah her şey için bir ölçü koymuştur.

4 – Kadınlarınız içinden âdetten kesilmiş olanlarla, henüz âdetini görmemiş bulunanlardan eğer şüphe ederseniz , onların bekleme süresi üç aydır. Gebe olanların bekleme süresi ise, yüklerini bırakmaları, doğum yapmalarıdır. Kim Allah’tan korkarsa, Allah ona işinde bir kolaylık verir.

5 – Bu, Allah’ın size indirdiği buyruğudur. Kim Allah’tan korkarsa Allah onun kötülüklerini örter ve onun mükafatını büyütür.

6 – O kadınları, gücünüz ölçüsünde oturduğunuz yerin bir bölümünde oturtun ve onları sıkıştırmak için kendilerine zarar vermeye kalkışmayın. Şayet gebe iseler, yüklerini bırakıncaya kadar onları besleyin. Sonra sizin için emzirirlerse ücretlerini verin ve aranızda güzellikle konuşup danışın. Güçlük çekerseniz çocuğu, başka bir kadın emzirecektir.

7 – Eli geniş olan genişliğine göre nafaka versin. Rızkı kısılmış bulunan da Allah’ın kendisine verdiğinden versin. Allah bir kişiye ne vermişse ancak onu teklif eder. Allah bir güçlükten sonra bir kolaylık yaratacaktır.

65 – TALAK

In the Name of the Rahman and Rahim Allah

1 – O Prophet! When you want to divorce women, divorce them at their iddat and count the iddah. Fear Allah, your Lord. Do not drive them out of their homes, unless they have committed an obvious indecency, and they should not leave themselves. These are the limits of Allah. Whoever transgresses the limits of Allah, he has certainly wronged himself. You don’t know, it may happen that after that, a situation arises.

2 – When they reach the end of their allotted time, hold them well, or part with them nicely. hold two just witnesses as witnesses. Testify for Allah. This is the advice to anyone who believes in Allah and the last day. Whoever fears Allah, Allah will create a way out for him.

3 – And He provides for him from where he did not expect. Whoever puts his trust in Allah, He is enough for him. Allah is the one who fulfills his order. God has set a measure for everything.

4 – If you doubt those among your women who have stopped their menstruation and those who have not had their menstruation yet, their waiting period is three months. The waiting period for pregnant women is to let go of their burdens and give birth. Whoever fears Allah, Allah gives him ease in his work.

5 – This is the command that Allah has sent down to you. Whoever fears Allah, Allah will cover his sins and increase his reward.

6 – Make those women sit in a part of the house where you live, as much as you can, and do not try to harm them in order to oppress them. If they are pregnant, feed them until they drop their load. Then if they nurse for you, give them their wages and talk nicely among yourselves. If you have difficulty, another woman will breastfeed the child.

7 – Let him who has a wide hand give alimony according to his width. Let the one whose sustenance is cut off should give from what Allah has given him. God only offers what he has given to a person. Allah will create ease after hardship.
