Vatandaşlarımız 2222 ye SMS olarak sıkıntı veya isteğinizi yazıp yollayacak. Mesajını kayda alıp size aynı anda SMS ile kayıt numarası bildirilecek. BABA ekibi herkesin mesajını okuyacak. Ekip öğrendiği sıkıntınızı çözecek ve isteğinizi yerine getirecek çözümü bulacak, organize edecek, ajandasına kaydedecek, size ajanda takvimini mesaj ile bildirecek. İsteğiniz yerine gelirken hangi sürede ne yapılıyor bilgilendirileceksiniz.
Doğru ve mantıklı iletilmiş isteklerden, çözülmemiş sorun, yerine gelmemiş istek olmayacak inşallah. Sorunlar en kısa sürede çözülecek, istekler en kısa sürede yerine gelecek inşallah. İşlem sonunda memnuniyet anketi doldurulacak, memnun olmayan kalmayacaktır hayırlısıyla.
Saçma ve mantıksız istekler incelenecek, doğrusu bulunup kişiye doğru ve mantıklısı iletilecektir.
