Bir gece, bir genç kör kütük sarhoş olur. Yola koyulur. Hz. Mevlana‘nın hayır duasını almak için.

Geceymiş, geç saatmiş dinlemez. Evin kapısına gelir ve kapıyı çalar. Hz. Mevlana’nın talebeleri kapıyı açarlar. Gence ne istediğini sorarlar.

Genç:
“Mevlana’nın hayır duasını almak için geldim” der.

Talebeleri:
“Şuanda hocamız istirahat halinde ve saat çok geç. Daha sonra gel” derler.

Genç ısrar eder ve illa onun hayır duasını şimdi alacam gitmem der. İnat eder ve gitmez.

Hz. Mevlana gürültüleri duyar ve uyanır.

Gelir kapıya ve “Ne oluyor, nedir bu gürültü” der.

Talebeleri cevap verir:

“Efendim sizin hayır duanızı almak için gelmiş bu sarhoş bizde istirahatte olduğunuzu ve daha sonra gelmesini söyledik” derler.

Mevlana şu cevabı verir talebelerine:

O gecenin bu vaktinde bizim yolumuzu bulmuş gelmişken, hem de kör kütük sarhoşken, siz hangi ayık kafayla onu geri göndermek istersiniz!…

One night, a teen gets drunk too much. He is come on his way. To get the prayer of Mevlana.

The night comes without thinking too late. She comes to the door of the house and knocks on the door. Mevlana’s students open the door. they ask the man what he wants.

Young:
“I came to get the prayer of Mevlana,” he says.

Students:

Iyor Now our teacher is resting. time is too late. You come later.

The youth insist. and say I will not go, if now not to get his prayer. He’s stubborn.

Mevlana hears the noises and wakes up.

Revenue comes to the door and says, What is happening, what is this noise?

His students answer:
